What time should I arrive to the venue?
Answer
Seating for the ceremony will open at 5:30pm, with the ceremony itself starting promptly @ 6:00pm.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Please dress in cocktail party attire. Refer to this article with examples: https://www.theknot.com/content/cocktail-wedding-attire Also keep in mind our ceremony will be outdoors in the middle of July! We're anticipating the weather should be in about the mid-to-upper 70s.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to the space limitations of our venue, we are unable to extend invites for plus ones, unless otherwise specified in your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Unfortunately, in order to meet guest number restrictions for our reception, we can only accommodate those in our wedding party. This is an adults-only affair.
Question
Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
Yes! we have contracted the Golden State Trolley Company to provide shuttle services to and from the Holiday Inn Express Castro Valley to the wedding venue on the day-of before the ceremony and after the reception ends. You can also Lyft or Uber to the venue, although the reception can be inconsistent on the way back.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, the venue has ample lot parking in the back.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will be hosted outdoors. The outdoor area will have both grass and paved areas, so please consider this while picking your shoes. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors, with an outdoor patio area.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
Please let us know when you RSVP. While RSVP'ing you will have the option to mark your food preferences as well as any dietary restrictions or allergies in the comments box before your submit your RSVP. We will be working with our venue and caterers to make sure that we can accommodate those with dietary restrictions and health needs as much as possible.
