We highly recommend staying here the night of the wedding (May 31). You are also welcome to stay overnight on May 30 and/or June 1.
Flight
Getting to Japan from overseas:
Flying into Osaka: There are two airports: Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Osaka International Airport (ITM). Flying into Tokyo: There are two airports: Haneda International Airport (HND) and Narita International Airport (NRT). Once you arrive in Tokyo, you'll need to take the bullet train (Shinkansen) from Tokyo Station to Kyoto Station. The Shinkansen ride takes a little over 2 hours one-way. A one-way ticket costs about 13,800 yen (about $100 USD). A friendly reminder about jet-lag: Let's be honest- it's rough! You will need several days to adjust to the major time difference. We highly recommend arriving to Japan several days before the wedding!

Getting to the Venue
If you're traveling within Japan, you'll want to first arrive at Kyoto Station. From there, you will take another train to Omi-Takashima Station. A shuttle service is available from Omi-Takashima Station to the glampsite. We will need to know your arrival time so we can organize the shuttle service for you.
