Welcome Event

Casual

Beer, wine, and soft drinks will be served along with a taco bar for dinner. The event will be held in the barrel room. There is plenty of parking available at the brewpub, or you can take an Uber or Lyft there. It is about a 10min drive from the Holiday Inn Auburn and The Foothills Motel.

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Festive Wedding Attire (Suits, sports coats, dresses, etc)

The ceremony will be held outside on the grass and will begin at 4pm. Cocktails and the reception will be held indoors/outdoors in a modern barn on a floored/paved area. The temperatures in Auburn in early October will range from warm during the day (70-80℉) and may cool down in the evening (55-65℉). There will be shuttles running from the Holiday Inn Auburn and The Foothills Motel from 3-4pm. The Foothills Motel shuttle will leave approximately at 3:30pm. Return shuttles will run from 9-10pm from the wedding venue back to the hotel. There is also parking at the venue, and you can leave your vehicle there overnight as long as it's picked up by noon on Saturday.

Brunch

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Post-wedding brunch in the Sierra Ballroom located onsite at the Auburn Holiday Inn.
