Am I allowed to bring a plus one?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Due to the intimate nature of our wedding, we’re able to accommodate only those whose names are listed on the invitation. If your invitation does not include a plus-one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our celebration cozy and memorable.

We are delighted to invite you to our wedding celebration! The dress code for the evening is Black Tie/Formal. Are children welcome?
Answer
Although we love your kids, to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, we kindly request that children not be present at the wedding. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation, as the wedding is an ADULT ONLY event. Although the wedding is ADULT ONLY, your children are more than welcome to join the Welcome Party and Poolside Sendoff!

What is the wedding day itinerary?
Answer
The ceremony will begin promptly at 2:30 PM. To ensure everyone can be seated before the start, please arrive by 2:00 PM. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry once the ceremony has started until the ceremony ends. Following the ceremony, join us for a cocktail hour with light bites. Dinner will be served at 5:00 PM, and the evening will continue with dancing and celebration! So please bring your dancing shoes!

Answer
We suggest The Omni La Costa, located in Carlsbad, as the hotel for your convenience. For those staying at The Omni Hotel, transportation will be provided for the event. This location is perfect as it is near Sean and Terri's residence (Megan's Parents). Please book your rooms at your earliest convenience.

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?
Answer
We’re excited to invite you to join us for a Welcome Party, where you can mingle and enjoy the evening with fellow guests. It’s a wonderful opportunity to start the celebrations and get to know everyone! This event occurs on Thursday, October 15th at 4 PM, the day before the wedding. Details about the event can be found on the itinerary page. This will be an RSVP-only event. Please RSVP by July 1st, 2026. We also have a special event to close out the weekend, our Shelton Poolside Send-Off! A relaxed farewell to wrap up the wedding weekend! Come soak up the sun, enjoy some final laughs, and unwind with fellow guests before we all head home. This event takes place on Saturday, October 17th at 11 AM. What will the weather be like?
Answer
In October, California experiences brisk mornings and evenings in the 60s, with daytime temperatures typically ranging from the mid-70s to low 80s. We recommend bringing a jacket or shawl for layering, as the wedding will include both indoor and outdoor components. This will ensure you stay comfortable throughout the day.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
Our ceremony will be unplugged to ensure an uninterrupted experience for everyone. We’ve hired wonderful photographers to capture these special moments, so we kindly ask that you turn off and put away all phones during the ceremony. There will be plenty of opportunities for photos before and after the ceremony. Additionally, we request that you refrain from posting any photos online until after the couple has shared their own. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
