Nick and Megan’s story began all the way back in 2015. Nick went to school with Megan’s cousin, and through the magic of social media, the two found each other. Since then, they’ve been inseparable—sharing ten wonderful years filled with love, growth, and adventure. After graduating high school, Megan pursued her dream of becoming a teacher at Ohio State University, while Nick continued building his welding career in Kentucky. Though miles apart, Nick came home on weekends to see Megan, and eventually began traveling across the United States to chase his dream as a traveling welder. Through it all, they supported one another wholeheartedly—proving that love knows no distance. In 2022, they welcomed their first “baby,” a mini Bernedoodle named Benelli, who quickly became the center of their world (and dad’s biggest competition for mom’s attention!). The following year, they purchased their first home together in Utica, Ohio, creating a place filled with love and laughter. On July 25, 2025, Nick and Megan took a weekend trip to Hocking Hills. They rented a cozy little cabin in the woods and cooked their favorite dinner—steak, corn, potatoes, and mozzarella sticks. As they sat together talking and enjoying their evening, Nick mentioned he had a “dessert surprise.” He stepped inside, then came back out holding a small black box. Dropping to one knee, he looked at Megan and said, “Megan Nicole, I love you so much. Will you marry me?” The rest, as they say, is history. Now, Nick and Megan are beyond excited to begin their married lives together—and they’re so grateful you’ll be there to celebrate this next chapter in their love story!
