Is there parking at the wedding venue?

Answer

There is only enough parking for vendors, however, we have arranged transportation to and from Penn Yan hotels and the venue, as well as to the after-party. Even if you choose not to stay at one of the hotels, please plan to park your car at one of the hotels and use the transportation we've arranged. Shuttles to Crispin Hill: Hampton Inn -- 3:10 pm, 3:20 pm, 3:40 pm, 3:50 pm Best Western -- 3:15 pm, 3:25 pm, 3:45 pm, 3:55 pm Microtel -- 3:20 pm, 3:30 pm, 3:50 pm, 4:00 pm Shuttle service will also take guests to the hotel or the after-party after our wedding.

How will I get to the after party and back to my hotel?

Answer

Shuttles will take guests from Crispin Hill to either the after-party or hotels. Shuttles will remain at the after-party until 1:00 am and make trips to each hotel.

What should I wear to your wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal. Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, but so are tuxes and gowns. It is a romantic outdoor venue and it may be cooler at night, so remember to bring something to put around your arms. We want you to feel comfortable and radiant so please wear what makes you feel amazing!

What should I wear to the Friday night Welcome Event?

Answer

Friday night is much more casual than Saturday! It'll be a BBQ dinner at an open-air brewery. Cocktail/sun dresses for the ladies and button-down shirts for the men are recommended.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

There will be a very small number of children at the wedding (not the after party), however, due to strict guest count limits, we ask that you do not bring your children unless they are included on your invitation.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We truly wish we could give everyone a plus one, however our venue has a strict limit of guests. Unless explicitly stated on your invitation, we are a full wedding.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our venue is fully outdoors with the exception of the open-air barn for the band, dance floor, and restrooms. The dining area is an open tent.

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Please utilize the space on your formal RSVP to input any dietary restrictions and/or allergies.

Is your venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

Answer

There is one large set of stairs, and several hills, however, the staff has golf carts readily available to assist anyone who needs such. Please email us directly with any concerns surrounding accessibility so we can optimally accommodate your needs. It is of the utmost importance to us that all of our guests have an incredible experience, and we are happy to adjust anything we can to make that happen!
