Myles and Megan became close friends while working together at Renewal by Andersen in West Des Moines. In the beginning, they were two individuals both focused on advancing in their careers, with no intentions of dating each other. While Megan was at the Iowa State Fair with her friend Courtney, she saw that "her coworker" Myles was at the fair. Megan, being the ambitious woman that she is, sent Myles a snapchat encouraging him and his family to come join them for a drink at Jalepeno Petes. "We're just friends from work..." -Megan and Myles both claimed... ......for months, as they continued to hangout after work every chance that they got.....haha! God knew what he was doing when he paired these two opposite personalities together. Megan, being a strong-willed, independent, outgoing young lady and Myles being the patient, caring, hardworking and modest man that he is. Once Megan got over the fact that Myles was two years younger than her, the sparks really started to fly! From the beginning, they realized that they enjoyed many of the same things... from working on house projects (Megan being the creative eye and Myles doing all the hard work), spending time outside together, blaring Zach Bryan with the windows down, whiskey on the rocks, hosting theme parties, exploring in Montana, having a garden and canning together, glamping, traveling, enjoying each others company without having to say a word, and so much more.... From the very beginning, Myles and Megan have said, "Wow - we make a great team." Many of their close friends and family would say the same! In April of 2022, Myles took Megan out to one of his favorite places in the United States (Montana) and proposed to miss Megan on Flathead Lake. This is now one of their favorite places to vacation together. If you go, you've got to try a huckleberry mule (Megan's favorite) or huckleberry whiskey on the rocks (Myles' favorite)! .........................................................................................................................................................................
