For our Out- Of-Town guests, you can fly directly into the Traverse City airport via connecting flights. There is a free shuttle to the Delamar hotel, or you can rent a car on site at the airport. Alternatively, you can fly into the Grand Rapids Airport and drive 2.5 hours to Traverse City.

We have secured a room block for the Delamar. The rooms are blocked for Thursday and Friday night, at a discounted rate. If you are interested in booking, please reach out to Michael or Megan for more information. Check in at 4pm and check out at 11am. The Delamar has indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, 24/7 work out room, on site restaurant and bar, as well as a yoga studio and breakfast bistro. This is on location for the ceremony and reception with free shuttle service to the Traverse City Airport. The ceremony starts at 4pm and there is an hour break between the ceremony and cocktail hour. If you choose not to book using our room block, please consider checking in to your chosen hotel on Thursday or at the Delamar on Friday during this one hour break so you don't miss any of the celebrations!
