I thank God everyday that our best friends introduced us seven years ago. How ironic for us to have been on vacation in Lake Tahoe at the same time. We met that night in Tahoe and little did I know that I had met my best friend, and future husband. Once we exchanged phone numbers, we spent countless hours talking on the phone, you telling me random baseball stats and me telling you about all of my daily encounters. (You are such a great listener) There were a few times we flirted with the idea of being together as more than friends, but timing is everything, right? You came home to CA in October of 2014 after graduating boot camp and I came to visit you. When I saw you, you were a whole new person. You had grown up so much. We watched a movie together and when you kissed me I knew. I knew in that moment that you were my person. My other half. I am so proud of the man you have become through these three short years and I cannot wait to continue growing together as a couple for the rest of our lives. I love you, Michael. Now and Always.
