Question

How long will it take to get to the venue?

Answer

This varies depending on where you are staying. If you are in Malibu East or further south (Santa Monica), it could take a while as there is just the PCH that takes you north, and on a sunny Saturday in September, traffic could be heavy. Please check and plan for that. If you are staying in Malibu West/Port Hueneme/Westlake Village/Agoura Hills it will take less time. The best thing to do is plan in advance using an app called Waze, which can predict what traffic will look like in advance.

Can we take Uber/Lyft to the venue?

Answer

Yes- However, you will need to pre-schedule pick-up as the venue is off the beaten path and it may be hard to connect with an Uber at 10pm. Most of the time you can schedule with the same Uber or Lyft that dropped you off in the first place!

What is the drive to the venue like?

Answer

The drive is ethereal visually, but the road to get to the venue from PCH is practically vertical and curvy the entire way up. We insist on you making prior arrangements for transportation with Uber or another car service if you intend on enjoying more than one alcoholic beverage.

When should I RSVP by?

As soon as possible but no later than August 10th, 2022.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking available. Please let us know if you will be driving to the venue.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless we sent you a +1, only those addressed on the invitation are invited.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We have opted to keep our wedding adult only.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We have not arranged for that as of now, but please let us know where you are staying and if there are enough guests at the same location we will try to arrange a shuttle.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire/dressy casual will be perfect. Might we suggest avoiding a stiletto as the ceremony is on grass.

Do I need my ID?

Answer

Anyone who appears that they could be under 30 will be carded, so please bring your ID.

What about transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

We would like to have provided transportation, but there was not a centralized location to where everyone was collectively staying. We recommend a car service if you plan to drink.
