Megan and Marco’s story is truly one that was years in the making. Long before they ever considered dating, their families were already connected — their moms had been friends for years after working together, long before either of them were born. Growing up, Megan and Marco would see each other at Christmas family parties, never realizing those early memories would one day turn into something so meaningful. Years later, fate stepped in when they reconnected on Hinge — proving that sometimes a modern way of dating can lead you right back to someone who’s been part of your life all along. In 2023, while Marco was in Utah surrounded by mountains, they matched and started talking. The distance didn’t stop their connection from growing, and as soon as he returned home, Marco asked Megan out for sushi — a date that officially kicked off their love story. From that moment on, their relationship quickly blossomed. Megan and Marco discovered they shared a love for EDM, concerts, traveling to new places, and navigating their life together with their dog, Milo. While Megan was away on a cruise, Marco was back home playing pickleball with Megan’s dad and brother. Unfortunately (and somewhat dramatically), Marco tore his Achilles during the game. Instead of letting that derail his plans, he leaned into the chaos. The very next day, with a cast on his left leg and Milo faithfully by his side, Marco got down on one good knee and asked Megan to marry him. Of course, Megan said yes — proving that love conquers all, including torn Achilles tendons and questionable pickleball skills.
