Please plan to arrive by 3:15 PM so everyone can be seated and we can begin the ceremony promptly at 3:30 PM.
Formal attire. Dress to impress! Ladies: full-length or cocktail dresses. Gentlemen: suits or dress slacks with a jacket. The ceremony and reception will be on grass, outdoor-friendly shoes recommended.
While we deeply love your little ones. This is a 16+ years of age occasion.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
Look for signage at the top of Hazlitt Road directing you to parking. Golf carts will be available to pick up guests from the parking area and bring you to the venue.
Yes! We’ll provide shuttle service to and from Grist Iron and Single Island Shores. If you prefer to drive, parking is available with signs at the top of the road, and golf carts will transport you from your car to the venue.
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. If you are not taking a shuttle back to the hotels, please arrange transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. It is a small town, so Uber is not available.
Yes! We’ll be serving a buffet-style BBQ dinner with a variety of delicious options for everyone.
We are having an 'unplugged' ceremony. We kindly ask that all phones and cameras are turned off and tucked away during the ceremony so you can be fully present with us.
