Sometimes, the best things in life happen when you're not looking. We met in Reno as just a couple of college students trying to make more friends in the area. Even from the very beginning, everything felt so natural, easy conversations, easy laughter, and easy being ourselves. What started as a casual hangout quickly turned into something neither of us expected, but both of us felt. A longing to be together and that "I've found my person" feeling, neither of us could seem to shake. As time passed, our story became a collection of small, meaningful moments: late-night talks, shared adventures to Oregon, California, Montana, and even to Africa, learning each other's quirks, and showing up for one another through both the good days and the hard ones. We grew, individually and together, and somewhere along the way, "us", along with Reno, became home. On October 24th of 2025, Luke asked the question we already knew the answer to, and with full hearts and happy tears, we said yes to spending forever with each other. We're so grateful to be standing before you all, out in beautiful nature, and before God, surrounded by the people who have loved, supported, and shaped us along the way.
