Please arrive at the venue no later than 25 minutes before the ceremony. This will allow you time to find a seat prior to the ceremony beginning. We will not be allowing guests in once the ceremony has begun.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests who are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is formal attire. Ladies please wear a floor length dress. Gentlemen can wear a dark colored suit & tie.
Yes! We’re providing a complimentary shuttle service to make things easy (and stress-free). Shuttles will run between the hotel block and the venue before and after the celebration.
A complimentary shuttle will pick up guests from Black Fox Lodge at 2:30 PM. If you choose to drive, please note there is no parking at the venue. You must park at the Mill Creek guest lot, where shuttles will depart at 3:20 PM and 3:40 PM. The 3:40 PM shuttle is the final trip to the venue. If you miss it, you will not be able to attend the ceremony, as the shuttle will not return down the mountain until after the event.
There is no on-site parking at the venue, so we highly recommend using the complimentary shuttle from our hotel block. If you prefer to drive, parking is available at the guest parking lot - 509 Mill Creek Rd. Pigeon Forge, TN 37863, located just 7 minutes from the venue at the base of the mountains. From there, you will need to take the shuttle to the venue. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!
