How does payment for the weekend work?

Answer

As this is a three-day wedding celebration with all guests staying on site, we’re asking guests to contribute towards their accommodation and the group events across the weekend. The total cost per guest is £435, which covers your stay and all organised events outside of the wedding day itself. To make this easier, payment is split into two parts: £217.50 (50%) due by 15th February 2026 £217.50 (50%) due by 1st June 2026 We hope this gives everyone plenty of time to plan and spread the cost. If you’d prefer to pay earlier, that’s absolutely fine too.

Cash at the Castle

Answer

While most of the weekend is taken care of, the castle operates on a cash-only basis for any additional purchases. If you choose to enjoy extra beers, cocktails, soft drinks, or make any purchases at the reception or bars, these can be added to your room and settled at the end of your stay — payment is made in cash. We recommend bringing a small amount of cash with you just in case, and we’ll share more helpful tips closer to the time
