If you decide to drive to the venue, we recommend aiming to be at the venue by 3:40 in case of road closure. If you plan on drinking at all at the wedding, please DO NOT plan to drive yourself. The road is long and winding up the side of a mountain to get to and from the venue. For your convenience, we will be providing a shuttle service to and from the wedding venue. Shuttles from the Clarion Hotel will be leaving at 3:00pm. Return shuttle times are TBD. We will have 2-3 return time options. Please return to this page closer to the wedding date for updates.

Garden Attire: Wear sundresses, floral prints, button-down and pants or suits, however suit/jacket/suit not required.
We recommend aiming to be at the venue by 3:40 in case of road closure. Shuttles from the hotel will be leaving at 3:00pm. Shuttle service RSVP is mandatory. Please indicate in your wedding RSVP if you will be utilizing the shuttle service. After the ceremony there will be two hours for guests to take advantage of the ski lift to the mountain summit for view and photos. Cocktails and hors d'oeuvres will be served upstairs in the lodge during this time. Dinner will be served at 6:30 with dancing to follow.
