We have reserved some rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott Nashville, Goodlettsville hotel.  Please use the link attached in order to ensure the special rate.  There are plenty of hotels located in downtown Goodlettsville if that one fills up.  We are 20 minutes away from the heart of Nashville if you choose to stay there.   

There will be a shuttle available for those staying in Goodlettsville that will drive back and forth from the Courtyard Marriott hotel and the venue.

BNA is the closest airport to Goodlettsville and is only a 23 minute drive to the venue.
