Question

Will there be transportation to and from the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately no. You will need to drive to the ceremony and the reception. If you are from out of town and staying at a local hotel, I suggest planning on driving to the ceremony (about 20-30 minutes away from hotels) and then after the ceremony drop your car back off at the hotel and take an Uber/Taxi to the reception and back so you won't have to worry about drinking and driving.

Do you have a block of hotels for out of town guests?

Answer

Our wedding happens to be the same time as the Little League World Series and none of the hotels in the area would allow us to have a block of rooms. The City Hall Grand Hotel is where most out of town guests are staying. This hotel allowed us to block them until the end of June only due to the LLWS. Please see the travel & accommodations tab at the top to find recommended hotels that you can book on your own close to the reception. Another option for larger groups could be an Air BnB. We cannot stress it enough that if you know you are definitely coming to our wedding, you should not wait to book a hotel and Air BnB! Please be proactive so you have a place to stay and can party with us into the night! Please note: the hotels in the area are higher priced per night due to the LLWS (we are so sorry about this, we did try to get a discount!)

As much as we love your kids, this is an adult only reception. Think of this as a fun night off for you!
