Here's what to expect during our Wedding. Guests will start arriving at the venue around 4pm. Ceremony starts at 4:30pm. Guests will be entering through the front door on Douglass Ave and walking up the stairs to the second floor. There you will be greeted, asked to sign our guest book and there will be a table for gifts and cards. After this an Usher will help you find your way to your assigned seat and show you where the bar is located for cocktails while you wait for the ceremony to begin. There will be two bars available throughout the reception with drinks ranging in price. Tea and lemonade are free. After the wedding ceremony we will enjoy a cocktail hour while the wedding party finishes up with some pictures. Please enjoy the lounge during this time. Smoking is allowed in this area only. The reception will start at 5:30pm with dinner to begin at 6pm. A taco bar will be catered by Big Joe's, buffet style. Tip jars will be set out. Party will be hosted by a DJ and ends at 11pm.

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.

Public parking only. We have no designated areas to park in. Watch out for signs that have time limits. Enter through the door on the corner of Walnut and Douglass. The ballroom is on the second floor, and we will have the ceremony and reception both in the same room. There is an elevator available for those that would like it. There is smoking inside the Lounge area only. Bar drinks range in price from $5-$15 We will have a buffet style taco bar dinner. For entertainment we will have a dance floor, DJ, photo booth, poker table and cigar bar inside the lounge area. The venue closes at 11pm. Justin and I will be staying at a hotel close by for the weekend.
