Pendry Chicago

The Pendry is our favorite hotel in the city, located in the historic Carbide & Carbon Building on Michigan Ave. The hotel is located in the heart of downtown and within walking distance to the river, shopping, Millennium Park, and many museums. We do want to note that the hotel can be expensive and parking is limited in the area. It is about a 25 minute drive to the church and 40 minute drive to the reception venue. Great option if you are not renting car and want explore more of downtown. We will most likely be staying at The Pendry the night of the wedding.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Chicago O'Hare Rosemont

The Embassy Suites Rosemont is located 5 minutes from O'Hare airport. This area is filled with great restaurants and shopping. Parking is available at the hotel and it is also located close to public transportation that can easily take you downtown in just under an hour. This hotel is also a 35 minute drive to the church and 15 minute drive to the reception venue. We want to note that the area around this hotel is filled with many other hotels. We find the Embassy Suites to be our favorite, but a majority of the major American hotel chains have a location in Rosemont. Feel free to explore any of these other hotels if you wish.
