The ceremony will begin punctually at 1:30pm, please arrive no later than 1:10pm to park, make your way to our ceremony space and find a seat. Our desire it to keep interruptions to a minimum.
There will be a moment in the ceremony where you are directed to take a quick pic if you feel lead, but we ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. As soon as the ceremony ends you are welcome to take as many photos and videos as you like! Please share them with us too.
An RSVP is not required for our ceremony, as it is ‘open invitation’. But for those invited to our Reception please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. The deadline is ENTER DATE. If we don’t receive an RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as ‘no’. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand! If there are any issues with the RSVP process, don’t hesitate to contact us.
We’d love to see our family and friends dress up with us. This is a joyous occasion so cheerful colours are encouraged! Our wedding is occurring in winter — think ankle length dresses for the ladies, and long sleeve button ups and trousers for the gents (Reception guests: consider bringing a jacket). Most of our afternoon will be spent mingling in a beautiful garden, stilettos might not be your best friend in the grass.
Everyone is welcome to join us for the ceremony! But due to limited space we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited to our reception. We ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
