Wedding Party

Molly Buczkowski

Matron of Honor

For my whole life, my younger sister Molly, has been my ride or die. We went from playing house together, to going to school together, to being teammates. Then she followed me to college and essentially lived at my apartment instead of her dorm room! All the while, remaining best friends. I can’t think of anyone else more deserving of or better suited for this role than her. Even though I live across the country and who knows where else in the future, I’m confident that we will always remain close.

Mandy Anderson

Matron of Honor

My older sister and now, a dear friend. She is an amazing wife, mom, and nurse who has demonstrated time and time again just how strong she is when things get tough. My freshman year of college, I probably spent just as much time with her in Indy as I did in Bloomington. We haven’t always gotten along, and it’s best we don’t live together, but I can’t fathom life without her!

Taylor Trump

Bridesmaid

Taylor and I became fast friends as freshman at IU, all because I needed a hot glue gun for my Halloween costume. We were pretty much inseparable for the remainder of our time at IU, staying up late at each others houses/dorms, going to the gym, weekly lunch dates, spring break trips. Most recently, she even agreed to road trip with me out to California. She’s not my blood but somehow she still stuck around! Taylor is a friend for the long run, steadfast and dependable, and I’m so unbelievably grateful to have her in my corner.

Gabby Datema

Bridesmaid

The first time I met Gabby, I screamed at her, unintentionally and out of excitement, of course. Though that might have freaked some people out, I later learned that out of pocket is right up Gabby’s alley. While at IU, Gabby took me on all kinds of adventures, musicals, plays, cookie runs, dancing in the rain, stargazing, Denny’s at 2am; she brings life and light wherever she goes. She’s been such a loyal friend and my life would be so dull without her in it, she’s the other half of my double stuffed Oreo.

Jenna Green

Bridesmaid

After graduating, Jenna and I moved to Indy and had an entire year of fun: we shopped, we cried, we watched movies, we went to McDonalds at midnight for fries, and just about everything else in between. I had the honor of being Jenna’s maid of honor when she and Josh got married, and then after insane life changes, she brought me to Cali! And if that wasn’t enough, she brought me to Grace (I guess Josh gets the credit on this too), and that’s where I met Jose! Jenna genuinely desires the best for everyone she knows. I am so thankful to have her standing beside me, not just when I get married, but for each and every day.

Sammy Tapia

Bridesmaid

Sammy is my little sister and close friend. We share a personality, on occasion some clothes, and a strong family bond. It’s sometimes difficult to put into words just how much she means to me, but I would do anything for her and I’m so happy that her and Megan have become friends. I’m grateful that she continues to put up with my crap and wants to hang out with me and have time together.

Kevin Alfaro

Best Man

“Alfaritooo” Kevin and I met in Cali while serving in the Navy on the USS New Orleans and quickly became inseparable. We bonded over our brownness, our love of Jesus Christ, anime, and our desire to be bodybuilders. After nearly a decade of knowing each other, Kevin knows me better than I know myself sometimes. I know what you’re thinking “no way, Jose” but it’s true! I love Kevin for his huge heart, faith, and his ability to find the bright side in every situation.

Braeden Martin

Groomsman

“What’s up brotherrrrr” Mr. Martin and I met at Grace Church during a men’s group, and became close friends, “as iron sharpens iron.” He has encouraged me to grow in my faith and relationships. We spent so much time together, we even started to develop the same sense of humor. I have Braeden to thank for praying and setting up Megan and I… he’s not your typical Cupid. Braeden is one of the most loyal people I know and I couldn’t be happier to have him stand as a groomsmen! He’s been telling Megan and I for over a year now that he can and wants to officiate our wedding, so here we are, having one of our best friends marry us!

Gilbert Villanueva

Groomsman

My favorite, my only, but still the best uncle, Gilbert. Gilbert and I grew up together in the same household and he feels like the older brother I never had, he picked on me and messed with me, but I cherish all the moments we have together. From bowling, to running a marathon together, Gilbert has always been one of my biggest supporters in all that I do. No matter how old I get, or how far I am from home, he’s always there for me, and I’m so blessed to have him in my life.

Nelly Najera

Groomswoman

After joining the Navy , I was in a new place without the same comforts of home. Nelly was my barber first, but quickly became a great friend. Over the years, we've remained close friends despite a deployment, new commands, and distance between us. Nelly was even the first of my friends that Megan met when we started dating and has been along for the entire relationship.

Natalie Jaramillo

Groomswoman

I met Natalie my junior year of high school in our economics class. We went from talking about our homework to being the best of friends in virtually no time at all. Now, I can't imagine my special day without her standing by my side. She even made a special trip to Cali to take Megan and I's engagement photos.

Cris Tapia

Groomsman

Cris, also known as Snowman, is my little brother, best friend, and the most annoying person I've ever met all rolled into one person. Even though he knows exactly what buttons to push and when to push them, I wouldn't trade him for the world.

Levi Anderson

Ring Bearer

Megan’s nephew and the cutest little party animal! It’s still up in the air whether or not he’ll actually go down the aisle, but you’ll definitely see him on the dance floor!

Ruth Anderson

Flower Girl

Megan's niece that made it just in time! She's full of personality and is sure to be making rounds at the reception!

Esther Alfaro

Flower Girl

The sweet little girl of our best man, Kevin. An instant best friend of ours and a carbon copy of her dad. We've known her since she was tiny and are so excited that she gets to be a part of our special day!
