Are children welcome?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with your child/children, we are asking for you to come celebrate without them! Parents night out!!

When should I book the hotel by to get the discounted rate?

Answer

Please book your hotel with Holiday Inn Express in Warrenton by November 8th to lock in the discounted rate.

Question

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue and back?

Answer

Yes! We will provide a bus service to and from the hotel to the venue so no one has to worry about driving. All can enjoy! The buses will arrive at 2:30 and leave the hotel at 2:45pm

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

If we have a wonderful warm December day, we will have our ceremony outside. If it is too cold, rainy, snowy, etc. our ceremony will be indoors. Following the ceremony, cocktail hour will be outdoors under a covered patio regardless. Warm drinks and heaters will be provided.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

We ask you please refrain from taking pictures during our ceremony and be present with us on our special day. We have an awesome photographer who will snap all the best pictures, which we will of course share with all of you after!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, beer, wine and seltzers. Soft drinks, teas and water also available!

Who should I let know of dietary restrictions?

Answer

When picking your choice of entree options, please include when dietary restriction you have. We will pass the information along to catering to ensure you get the safest and best meal.
