Yes they are at the same location. The reception begins immediately after the ceremony with an interim cocktail hour. The ceremony will be located outdoors and the reception will be both indoor and outdoor.
Yes. We will have an onsite shuttle to assure everyone gets to their hotel safely. The Grandstay Hotel is 4 minutes from the venue and the Hampton Inn is about 5 minutes from the venue. There is also ample onsite parking which is available overnight. The shuttle service is courtesy of the venue however tips to the driver are appreciated although not required
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please let us know if there are questions regarding this.
After the ceremony the bridal party will be taking pictures for around an hour. Guests can head immediately into the reception where we will be serving appetizers and refreshments.
Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to assure everyone is seated prior to the start time.
