When can I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP section of the website is open. Please RSVP on the RSVP section of the website by March 15, 2025, so we can provide the final guest count to our vendors.

HOW DO I UTILIZE THE COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE AT THE STAYBRIDGE HOTEL?

Answer

For guests staying at the hotel block at the Staybridge Suites Tomball Hotel, please utilize the complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel for a safe ride to and from the venue. Note the shuttle can fit up to 15 passengers at a time. COMPLIEMENTARY SHUTTLE TIMES: To Venue: 4:45pm & 5pm To Hotel: 10:30pm & 11pm

CAN I TAKE PICTURES/VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. We ask to have all phones and devices put away and on "silent" during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing professional photographer to capture this important moment. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you want - and please share them with us!

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal attire such as a midi-length dress, cocktail dress, or dressy separates for women and a suit with a jacket for men (tie is optional). We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us!

IS THERE A SPECIFIC ATTIRE COLOR GUESTS SHOULD WEAR?

Answer

No, feel free to wear the color you feel most comfortable in. However, since this is a Spring wedding, we would love to see Spring colors represented! Please avoid wearing White, Ivory, or Beige that the bride would typically wear. Bridesmaids will be wearing blush pink and groomsmen will be in black suits.

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those officially named on the Invitation and RSVP link. We have to stay within a certain number of guests, so we are not able to add guests not invited in our original count. Please speak to Megan or John about any questions or concerns!

CAN I BRING MY KIDS TO THE WEDDING?

Answer

While we love little ones, we are only able to accommodate the children in the wedding party at our wedding that are included in the Invitation and RSVP link.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. CST. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure you are on time. Please also consider Houston rush hour traffic and plan for extra time getting to Boxwood Manor for the ceremony.

Are the Ceremony and Reception at different locations?

Answer

No, the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be at Boxwood Manor. The Ceremony will be held at the onsite "chapel" at 5:30 p.m. There will be someone there to welcome you in!

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is onsite parking available at Boxwood Manor. However, some parking spaces may be a brief walk to the ceremony, so there will be a golf cart available should anyone need to be picked up. For those staying at the hotel block, please utilize the parking shuttle to the ceremony. We also want to encourage using Alto, Uber and Lyft!

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have an "open bar" with limited options for liquor, wine, beer, and sparkling wine, as well as two signature mixed drinks. Please drink responsibly and plan a safe, sober ride home! Utilizing Alto/Uber/Lyft is strongly recommended. No outside liquor is allowed at the venue, please enjoy on us!

ARE THERE ANY DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible if you will prefer a vegetarian option, have any severe food allergies, or any other dietary needs.
