Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both will be at The Barn at Stoneybrooke in Atglen, PA. The ceremony and reception are at the same location.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, free parking is available onsite.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have shuttle transportation for guests staying at the Comfort Inn & Suites Gap Amish Country. To the Venue (The Barn at Stoneybrooke): The first buses will depart promptly at 3:20 PM from the Comfort Inn A second departure will leave at 3:40 PM Please plan to be in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before departure, as the buses will leave on time. Return Transportation: Shuttle service will be available throughout the evening to take guests back to the Comfort Inn as needed. The final shuttle will depart the venue at 10:00 PM at the conclusion of the reception.

We kindly request an adults-only celebration.

Is any part of the wedding outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting the ceremony will be outside, so please dress comfortably. Cocktail hour will be a combination of outside and inside. Reception will be inside.
