We're Getting Married!

Joe and I met on orientation day for our master's program at Boston University. We were both pursuing degrees in vocal performance. With all of our classes together, we quickly became friends, bonding over our passion for music and the excitement of starting this new chapter in our lives. On the weekends, we started to explore this new city we've both just moved to, and Boston soon became a place we both loved living in. Eventually, we realized our friendship was growing to love. Five years later, here we are, ready to marry in the very city that brought us together and where our love story began.

Joe’s proposal was a complete surprise and a moment I’ll never forget. On a slightly cloudy day, we made our way up to the top of the Prudential Center. When we arrived to the View Boston exhibit, we realized it was practically empty, giving us the perfect dream proposal. Joe, adorably nervous, led me to the perfect spot, and before I knew it, he was down on one knee asking me to spend forever with him. It was the easiest yes I’ve ever given. We then had a photoshoot with stunning views of Boston behind us. The both of us grinning from ear to ear, filled with pure joy. Every time we see the Prudential Center now, we always remember that special day and the beginning of this next chapter of our lives.
