When should I RSVP by?

Please kindly RSVP by Saturday, July 26 so we can finalize all the lovely details and prepare to celebrate with you.

Can I bring a date or my kids?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be specifically addressed as ""Guest" when you RSVP. If your children are included on the invitation, they are welcome to attend. Otherwise, we ask that you only bring guests who are directly invited on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We’d love to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day. It’s an outdoor wedding in the woods and garden, so please think “Garden Party Formal.” For inspiration, consider elegant fun-colored or floral dresses for women, and suits or dress shirts with slacks for men. Classic neutrals are also a great choice. We can’t wait to see you all looking your best!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Guests are welcome to arrive starting at 3:30 p.m. to find a seat and enjoy the garden and forest setting. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m., so please arrive with enough time to settle in.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Absolutely! Sip, swirl, and toast among the blooms—drinks are on us! 🌸🍷 We just ask that you enjoy responsibly and plan ahead for a safe ride home. Shuttles will be available for hotel guests, and we encourage carpooling so you can fully enjoy the evening. Read below for shuttle and hotel information.

What are the transportation and accommodation options?

Answer

If you plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages, we recommend carpooling with other guests and/or using the shuttle service at the end of the night. A shuttle will take guests back to the Best Western Sky Valley Inn and Evergreen Inn & Suites Monroe when the wedding ends at 10:00 p.m. You can also check the “Travel” tab for other hotel options. Ubers are not reliable near the venue, so please plan ahead. If you leave a car at the venue, it must be picked up by 10:00 a.m. the next day. Be sure to plan ahead to arrange a ride back to pick up your vehicle.

Is the wedding outside?

Answer

Yes—both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. The ceremony space is nestled beneath beautiful trees that offer natural shade and light rain protection. The reception will be under a large tent, so we’ll stay cozy no matter the forecast. Please dress comfortably for the weather. If it rains, the venue will provide clear umbrellas to keep you dry and still enjoying the day in style.
