What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The Ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30pm. Please arrive between 15-30 minute prior to park and find your seat.

What are the shuttle pick up and drop off times?

Answer

The shuttle will pick up from the Hampton Inn Hotel Lobby at 3:45pm and head straight to the venue. The shuttle will pick up from venue at 10:30pm to take back to the Hampton Inn Hotel.

Is there Parking Available at the Wedding Venue?

Answer

Yes there is! Right when your turn into the venue on your left. There will be a shuttle that will take you from the parking lot to the ceremony and reception space if you choose.

What's the Dress Code?

Answer

Formal / Black Tie Optional - Dress to impress! (I.e. No cocktail attire, No Business Casual, No Jeans, No khakis, tshirts, etc. & Avoid the Color white, cream, off-white, bone, etc. - If you need to ask if it has too much white, then it probably does. WARNING: If you do decide to wear a white, cream, off-white cardigan, shawl, or dress. You will be asked to go and change or leave.)

Can I Take Photos at the Ceremony?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony! We invite you to be present with us! When the ceremony begins, kindly turn off all cell phones and cameras during this time and enjoy this special moment with us. We will share all photos from the photography team as soon as we get them!

When is the RSVP deadline?

April 1, 2023!

What If I Forget to RSVP?

Answer

If you do not RSVP, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. If you were to show up without RSVPing, there will be no seats for you or a meal. Make sure you RSVP before the deadline. Thank You!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, The Wedding and Reception is for Adults only so everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time, so you are able to celebrate with us.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

What if I have dietary restrictions/allergies, what's the best way to let you know?

What will the weather be like?

Answer

In Georgia, unpredictable weather is an understatement. However, it will be Memorial Day Weekend and the beginning of summer. Check your local weather listings, but expect it to be warm with sunny skies!
