Please call/text Kirstie Koski if you are lost on the day of the wedding. She can be reached at: 904.449.6635 We have limited cell reception so send a text via wifi if no one answers.
All of the hotels in Estes Park are about 10-15 minutes away from the reception site and should be an easy journey. If you are planning on camping or would like mini-cabins, Jellystone Campground is located directly across the street from our reception site. As Estes Park is touristy, the hotels can book up quickly. The closest big cities to us are Loveland & Longmont. These can be great alternatives if you don't mind a mountain drive the day of our wedding.
The ceremony site and reception site do not have cell-service (we're calling it 'mountain rustic'), Estes Park is the only place with cell service and it is about a 5 minute drive from the reception site. If you are coming from DIA, the last place to make a call is in Lyons before coming up HWY 36. If you are staying in Loveland, the last place for cell service is just before entering the canyon on HWY 34.
For the ceremony/dinner reception, the dress code is semi-formal. Feel free to bring a dressy-casual change of clothes for the after party!
Altitude change can be a serious hindrance. Please be sure to double your water intake and take things slow! Signs of altitude sickness are dizziness, shortness of breath, vertigo, headache. If you begin to experience these changes, DRINK MORE WATER!
If your invitation reads "and guest" we definitely encourage it! If not, we prefer if it's just you.
Photos are welcome at the reception and after party;however, our ceremony is UNPLUGGED which means, no cell phones! We want to see your faces, not your devices.
This question is more for our local & work guests; however, please do not bring your dogs to our wedding. As much as we love seeing our furry friends at work, we ask that you leave them home.
