FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP before Sunday June 1st, 2025. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you let us know at the soonest opportunity. You will be missed!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No, however we would love to see our family and friends dressed up in their best formal western wear. This entails formal dresses or dress shirts and nice jeans with a cowboy hat if you so choose. Please leave your baseball hats at home. Heels are welcome, however the grass may be soft so wedges or your favourite pair of cowboy boots may be more suitable. Please beware that this event will be outdoors, accommodations will be made on the off chance it rains, but prepare for the cooler evening weather.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding will be intimate to enjoy with our closest family and friends. At this time, we are not extending plus ones. If your partner is invited their name will be included on your invitation and their name will appear in the RSVP section when entered into the search bar if they are invited.

Question

Can I take pictures throughout the ceremony?

Answer

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer named Adam to ensure our beautiful ceremony is well captured. We request that you turn off/silence all phones during the ceremony. During cocktail hour and the reception please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like! Can't wait to see all of the photos you take in our shared album.

Question

What if I'm late to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be starting promptly at 3:00pm. We recommend that guests arrive between 2:30-2:50pm so there is time to mingle and find your seat. If you happen to be late, please do not walk down the aisle instead walk on the outside and find a seat.

Question

Will we be able to stay close by?

Answer

Our venue is at Megan's Nana and Papa's farm that is located very close to the 401 highway on the southeast side of London. There are several hotels located less than 10 mins away from the venue. Some of our recommendations for where you can stay can be found on the hotels section of this website. If a hotel is not in your price point, we will have a whole area of the venue sectioned off as a makeshift campground so feel free to bring your truck and trailer or tent to stay the night at the venue. Ubers and Taxi's can also be used to ensure you make it back to your hotel room safely.

Question

Will there be parking?

Answer

There will be lots of parking, we ask that you park along either side of the driveway. If you need assistance getting to the ceremony location from your car please call RJ or Caleb (their phone number will be made visible at the venue) and they can come and pick you up in a side by side for a fun ride to the ceremony.

Question

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be held outside in front of the pond at 3:00pm at Megan's Nana and Papa's farm (2335 Wilton Grove Road). The reception will then take place in Megan's Nana and Papa's barn on the same property.
