The link below (click "view") will allow you to book with our special group rate if you reserve your room by August 18th. A room block is available for Saturday night only (the 8th). Some rooms have two queen beds and some have a king with a pull-out sofa. Occasional shuttles will be available between this hotel and our wedding venue.

Shuttle schedule: To venue 4:30 pm 5:00 pm To hotel 10:00 pm 11:00 pm 11:30 pm 12:00 am The shuttle only fits 12 people at one time and will only be able to run at the scheduled times.

La Quinta Inn & Suites Minneapolis-Minnetonka

The La Quinta has a block of rooms reserved for our guests on Saturday night (the 8th) and just a few rooms reserved for any guests staying both Friday and Saturday night (7th and 8th). Rooms are either two queen beds or one king bed. To make a reservation, call the hotel at the above phone number by August 17th and mention the Fowler/Schires Wedding to receive a discounted group rate. The discount is not available to book online. A shuttle will be available throughout the evening between this hotel and the venue.

Shuttle between La Quinta and Warehouse Winery

September 8, 2018 4:30 pm - 12:00 am

This shuttle will run as needed between the venue and the hotel. The first trip from the hotel will be at 4:30 and the last pickup at the venue will be at midnight. It can hold 11 people at a time and the trip takes approximately 15 minutes.

Travel Note

Parking

Sufficient free parking is available at and around the venue. It's located in a warehouse district and the owner of the Warehouse Winery owns some of the surrounding buildings as well. We will have signs noting where NOT to park, anywhere else is fair game!
