Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held on-site at Everhart Gathering Place.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love our little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only (21+) event with the exception of the little ones in our bridal party. We hope you understand & enjoy the night off as we can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation?

Answer

Yes! We will be providing a shuttle service from both hotels to and from the venue. Please visit the “Travel” page of the website to view signup/ timing of the shuttle pick up/ drop off.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Update: we have decided to host our ceremony inside the glass conservatory! Yes, ideally the ceremony will be outside. Please note- the weather at the end of March is unpredictable. We will plan to move the ceremony inside if the weather is inclement.

What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family & friends dressed up for our big day. We are requesting cocktail attire (semi- formal) for the evening.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangovers are on you- get ready to party!

What if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

We will miss celebrating with you! We need to provide our venue with exact numbers by a certain date, so please don't RSVP late!
