Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Parking for the venue is located on the west side of the building near the front entrance of the building. From the parking lot there will be signs guiding you to the ceremony location.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to the limited capacity of the venue a limited number of children will be in attendance and by invitation only. If your child is invited attend they will be listed when you RSVP.
Question
When should I arrive?
Answer
To ensure a smooth and timely start to the ceremony, we kindly ask you arrive and be seated in the Fragrance Garden at least 15 minutes before the ceremony begins. Late arrivals will be asked to wait until the ceremony has commenced before entering. Thank you for your cooperation- we look forward to celebrating with you!

Where is the event taking place?

Our ceremony will be held outdoors in the Fragrance Garden. The reception following will be held inside the Orangerie.

When Should I RSVP?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, so we can organize with our vendors. However, the final deadline is August 31st, 2025.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Due to the limited capacity of the venue all plus ones/additional guests will be by invitation only and will appear on your RSVP. If you have any questions please reach out.

What if I can’t make it?
Answer
Your presence will be missed. We asked that you RSVP “No” as soon as possible. If you have already RSVP’d “Yes”, but find that you will not be able to make it please notify Megan at 801-898-4682.

What if I didn’t RSVP in time?
Answer
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked “no”. We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Question
If the weather is bad, what is the backup plan?
Answer
We have been watching the weather closely, if it continues to be rainy and cold we will move the ceremony inside in the same location as the reception!
