When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 4th, 2024.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests can arrive at 8 Chains North Winery anytime prior to 6pm, though we recommend arriving at 5:30pm. At this time, the venue closes to the public for our private event.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

If you are unable to attend without bringing your young children, please consider the kids welcome! That being said, our wedding will be mostly adults so that everyone, parents included, can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home if possible so you can celebrate with us.

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes! There is ample parking available for all guests in two lots located adjacent to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Guests will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the hotels. Please plan accordingly to have a designated driver if needed.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be set outdoors in the vineyard behind the winery. For the reception, guests can enjoy more outdoor spaces on the back lawn or under the covered patio. Guests can also head indoors to the Compass Rose Room or the Tasting Room.
