We love all of your children and enjoy everything about them. However, our ceremony and reception will be an adult only event and we hope you enjoy your kid free evening to the fullest.

The weather in Sea Isle City, New Jersey in early May is typically mild and somewhat humid. Expect average high temperatures in the low 60s and low temperatures in the low 50s. There's a chance of rain, with an average of 11 days of precipitation throughout the month.

How do I get to the venue?How do I get to the venue?

We will have Jitneys to bring guests to and from the Yacht Club of Sea Isle City from the Icona Windrift and Icona Avalon hotels in Avalon, NJ and for guests staying at the Colonnade Inn in Sea Isle City, NJ. For guests who would like to drive their own car to the ceremony/reception, the Yacht Club offers ample parking.

Answer

We have a block of discounted rooms reserved at both The Icona Avalon and The Icona Windrift Hotels in Avalon, NJ. Both hotels are right next to each other on the beach. We have discounted rooms at the historic Colonnade Inn in Sea Isle City, NJ. We would also suggest VRBO and Airbnb rentals in Sea Isle City, Avalon and Ocean City. In addition we have added a list of Sea Isle Yacht Club members that are happy to rent out their homes in Sea Isle to our guests for our wedding weekend.

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged. We have an outstanding photographer who will be capturing every special moment of our ceremony. Instead, we kindly ask you to please turn off your phones and cameras to be fully present with us as we take our vows. Feel free to take as many photos as you’d like at the cocktail hour and reception.

Please help us get the ceremony and party started on schedule. We recommend arriving by 4pm (30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time). The Jitney shuttles will also get guests there in time and back to the hotels after the reception.
