Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be parking available at the farm. If you choose to drive, please drink responsibly. You are free to leave your car overnight, as long as it's picked up the following morning (Monday, August 22, 2022) by 11:00am.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please keep in mind we will be partially outdoors.

Question

Are the meals plated or buffet?

Answer

After the ceremony there will be a wide selection of appetizer boards. The dinner will be served buffet style. There will be a selection of farm fresh menu items, that will include vegan and gluten free options. Fresh pie bar + cake will be served after dinner. But make sure you save room for some late night treats! S'mores + a Poutine Truck!

Question

Where is the ceremony located?

Answer

The ceremony is located on site at Dyment's Glen Drummond Farm, the same site as the reception. It is located at the 'Peak' overlooking the Niagara Escarpment. Guests will be transported to and from the ceremony site by wagon ride.

Question

Are there hotel accommodations nearby?

Answer

We have reserved a block of 30 rooms at the Quality Hotel in Burlington (950 Walkers Line). It's approximately a 15 minute drive to the venue. If you think you will need a room, please make sure you let the Bride and Groom know, so they can make sure you're accounted for in the reserved hotel block. For more information, please refer to the 'Hotel + Travel' page.

Question

Will travel be provided to and from the hotel?

Answer

A shuttle school bus has been booked to transport guests to the venue for the ceremony and then late night back to the hotel.

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors at the Dyment's 'Peak' ceremony sight, on the lawn overlooking the Niagara Escarpment. Guests will then be transported back to the reception site, which is comprised of three beautiful sheltered barns to host the wedding's cocktail hour and dinner & dance reception. These barns surround a spacious courtyard composed of Muskoka chairs and vintage picnic tables.

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by Sunday, July 18th, 2022 at the very latest.

Question

What time is does the wedding start?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm the Peak ceremony site. Please arrive at the wedding venue between 4:00pm - 4:20pm to allow for adequate time to be transported to the ceremony site by wagon ride. Thank you!
