We have reserved a room block at Horseshoe Bay Resort for our out-of-town guests. The resort offers a variety of accommodations to fit your needs and group size, including: - Standard hotel rooms - One and multi-bedroom villas - Condominiums - Private homes Rooms within our block are available at a discounted rate for a limited time, so we encourage you to book early. When making your reservation, be sure to reference our wedding room block to receive the special rate, or use the link below to book your stay yourself. *If you would like to reserve a villa, condo, or private home at the resort you will need to call.* Resort Information: Horseshoe Bay Resort is located on Lake LBJ in the Texas Hill Country and offers a wide range of amenities, including: - Multiple restaurants and bars - Resort pools - Golf courses - Spa services - Tennis and pickleball courts - Lake access and water activities Transportation: For your convenience, we will be providing shuttle service to and from the wedding venue from the resort. If you plan to use the shuttle, please indicate this on the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Flight

Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS)

The closest major airport is Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) which is roughly a 60 minute drive away from the Resort. Because Horseshoe Bay is located in the Texas Hill Country, we recommend renting a car if you’d like flexibility during your stay to go see what all the surrounding areas have to offer!

Shuttle

The Magic School Bus

August 22, 2026 4:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Unfortunately, we couldn't actually get Ms. Frizzle to rent out the Magic School Bus. But since the venue is about a 30–40 minute drive from Horseshoe Bay Resort, we will be providing a shuttle service that will run to and from the resort to make the evening easy and strees-free. If you plan to ride the shuttle, please let us know by selecting that option on the RSVP tab so we can plan accordingly. There will be alcohol at the wedding (yay!), so if you’re planning to celebrate with a drink or five, we strongly encourage taking advantage of the shuttle service. We want everyone to have fun and get back safely. If you want to drive there yourself and then drink, the venue is located on a large ranch and there are plenty of great live oaks to sleep under. (that was a joke, don't do that.)
