Please arrive a little early to allow time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins. You’ll drive down a hill to reach the parking area. A golf cart attendant will be available to assist guests, and there is a drop-off spot near the entrance for anyone who prefers not to walk far.
Our Ceremony
2:30 pm - 3:00 pm

Attire: Formal Chic: Ring in the New Year in style! Suits or tuxedos for gentlemen and formal dress for ladies. Kindly, no jeans or khakis. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception. Please dress warmly for the Northern Alabama evening as we celebrate under the winter sky.
Our ceremony will be held outdoors under the evening sky at Lilly Lou’s The Pines. Please dress warmly and silence your cellphones so we can all enjoy this special moment together.
Cocktail Hour
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Join us for cocktails and light hors d’oeuvres following the ceremony. This will also take place outdoors before we transition inside for the reception.
Reception
4:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Dinner, dancing, and celebration indoors to ring in the New Year!
Grand Exit!
8:30 pm - 8:45 pm
As the night winds down, join us for a festive faux countdown to midnight and a joyful bubble-filled grand exit to end the evening! We can’t wait to celebrate, laugh, and toast to forever with all of you.
