Feel free to enjoy the attractions of the San Antonio/Austin area while you are in town! Here are some recommendations:

The River Walk is located downtown, about 30 minutes from the wedding venue. This area is known for showing the unique San Antonio culture, a blend of heritage and history, providing authentic food and shops.

Next to the River Walk, The Alamo is always a place to "Remember" to go to if you are downtown. If you are a fan of early Texas history, I recommend checking out the other San Antonio Missions as well: Concepcion, San Jose, San Juan, and Espada

If you are looking for a fun place to take kids for the weekend, or are just a rollercoaster addict, check out Fiesta Texas, within 15 minutes from the wedding venue.
