Do you have to attend the ceremony?
No, the ceremony is optional. It will be a short and sweet event. You can attend if you'd like.
Where do we park for the reception?
There are some places to park on our street. And a few options just a short walk away. We will update this page with details.
What's on the menu?
We have the New Haven Pizza Truck serving pizza, salad, and gelato. There will be vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Will there be a bar?
Of course. The open bar will have beer, wine, and a few mixed drinks.
Are kids welcome?
Of course. You just have to watch them.
Are pets welcome?
Usually, but not today. Our dog Violet will be on a short dog-cation during the day, and will likely be home later in the evening. our Russian tortoise Sandy will be here all day though.
Are there pictures?
Yes, and you're welcome to be part of them. You can stay after the ceremony for pictures with us near City Hall and the Duck Pond, or you can take pictures with us at our house.
