Tinder can be such a horrific landscape of all unexpected, unexplainable pictures and the worst pick up lines you couldn’t even think of. It’s funny to think I will have met my future husband on this site. I can easily say he was the first date I went on through the app. There was something about him I needed to know. He didn’t use any crazy pick up lines, just started a conversation with me about 6 years ago. We meet up at Monza’s in Manassas for our first date. I decided to meet him there because you never know about meeting people online. As soon as I saw him, I knew. From the conversations, the giggles, and the best part, smashing a spoonful of bread pudding on his face. This had been one of the best dates I had been on. He probably thought "who does this chick think she is". I was fearless when it came to showing my true self. I guess I impressed him with my slick moves, because now I’m marrying this man.
