What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please dress formally and since the event is fully outdoors, we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap, March evenings in San Diego can be cool. Please, no jeans or white. Our wedding colors are light blue, dark blue, yellow, and green; feel free to wear these tones to complement the setting and enhance the overall cohesiveness!

Are children invited?

Answer

Only children who are explicitly named on the invitation are invited. Please reach out to the bride or groom directly if you have any questions or need clarification.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 3:00 PM. Please arrive by 2:30 PM to allow time to park and get settled.

Where should guests stay?

Answer

We’ve reserved room blocks at Hilton Garden Inn San Diego/Rancho Bernardo and the Rancho Bernardo Inn, both located 20 minutes from the venue. More info is available on the “Travel” tab.

Where is the venue located?

Answer

The wedding will take place at Rancho Guejito Vineyard, located at 17224 San Pasqual Valley Road, Escondido, CA 92027. Free parking is available, and ride shares are easy to arrange in San Diego. For those staying at the Rancho Bernardo Inn, a bus will be taking us back after the wedding is over.

Will there be meal options for dietary restrictions?

Yes! Please let us know any dietary needs when you RSVP, we’re happy to accommodate.

Is it okay to give cash gifts?

Answer

Of course! We also have a honeymoon fund set up through our registry if you’d prefer to contribute to that.

Your invitation will indicate if you’ve been given a plus one. If you’re unsure, please reach out to the bride and groom directly.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Everything will take place outdoors, so please plan accordingly for weather and footwear.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony. Please silence your phones and refrain from taking photos until the reception. We promise to share the professional ones!

Yes! We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture every special moment.

Are there other events happening over the weekend?

San Diego International Airport (SAN) is about 45 minutes from the venue.

Do I need a rental car?

It’s optional! Ride shares are widely available, and most hotels are a short drive from the venue.
