Yes! The ceremony and reception will all take place at The Whiskey Factory. There are 2 levels with an elevator available to accommodate everyone.
The parking lot will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. We suggest you arrive early to take a seat so everyone can enjoy the full ceremony. Please keep in mind you will be downtown Detroit on a busy Friday afternoon, so give yourself extra time for traffic and parking.
Yes, The Whiskey Factory has plenty of parking for those that will be driving. There is a gated lot for those who decide they need to leave their vehicle overnight. However, all vehicles must be out of the lot by 9am Saturday morning.
Yes, The Whiskey Factory exclusively serves their own spirits from Detroit City Distillery. We will also have a few types of wine and beer available. No outside alcohol is allowed on the premises. If you plan on drinking, please make sure you have a safe way to leave at the end of the night.
There will be a shuttle service for the Atheneum Hotel. Otherwise, No, we will not provide any shuttle services after the ceremony. We suggest taking a short Uber ride after the reception to get back safely.

No! We are requesting an "unplugged ceremony", meaning that you keep all phones and cameras away during our ceremony. We have hired amazing photographers and videographers to capture our day and will share the pictures with all of you. However, we will be happy to take pictures with you during the reception, just remember to share those with us!
