Garrett and Megan met online back in October 2017 on Match.com. Megan messaged Garrett first with the opening line of "Hi, Garrett. My name is Megan. Do you like the Cowboys"? Garrett's profile was of him wearing a Dallas Cowboys jersey at a Dallas Cowboys football game, but Megan just wanted to double check if he was a Cowboys fan. They met a few weeks later and both knew it was the start of something special. Even though during their first date Megan ordered hummus as an appetizer, and Garrett can't stand the taste and smell of hummus. Garrett was the first to say "I love you" after Megan returned from vacation with bronchitis and lost her voice, but she still managed to squeak out "I love you too." Our relationship grew stronger each day, and so did our love. We got a puppy in 2020, as did many people, his name is Hopper and he is the goodest of good boys. We became engaged in June 2021 after being together for 3.5 years, and that moment was perfect. We are getting married on 11/5/2022 in Dripping Springs, Texas and we can't wait to celebrate with you!
