Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire. Cocktail attire for our wedding is sophisticated yet not overly formal. For gentlemen, this typically means a suit and tie, preferably in darker hues like navy, charcoal, or black. Opt for a dress shirt, paired with dress shoes to complete the look. For ladies, cocktail attire offers a chance to showcase chic and semi-formal dresses. Think knee-length or slightly above-the-knee dresses that are classy and stylish. Aim for outfits that strike a balance between elegance and comfort.

Question

Can guests bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure that we can accommodate all our guests comfortably, we kindly request that only those individuals explicitly named on the invitation join us for our wedding celebration. While we would love to extend the invitation to everyone's plus ones, space constraints mean that we must adhere strictly to our guest list. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to sharing this joyous occasion with you.

Question

Are children allowed?

Answer

We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only occasion. While we adore the little ones in our lives, we have opted to create an atmosphere that allows all guests to fully enjoy the celebration. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you on our special day.

Question

Is there accommodation information for out-of-town guests?

Answer

Yes, Please refer to the Travel heading on our website. This outlines the lodging block information we have coordinated for our guests. The venue room block rates will expire on 5/31/2024

Question

Is transportation provided?

Answer

No, we highly recommend guests stay at the block of rooms we have reserved with the venue. Staying at the Venue ensures that no transportation to the venue is needed.

Question

What's the plan in case of bad weather?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled to be outside in the Meadow. In the event of inclement weather, the venue will make accommodations for the ceremony to be held inside the reception space - The Pavilion.

Question

The Ceremony is Outside - How should I plan to dress for the Ceremony?

Answer

As our wedding will be held in a location where weather patterns can vary, we recommend dressing comfortably and being prepared for potential changes in weather. While we hope for perfect conditions, it's always wise to plan for fluctuations. Layers and versatile attire are excellent choices, allowing you to adjust to any temperature changes throughout the day. We want you to feel comfortable and at ease, so please consider bringing a jacket or shawl if cooler temperatures are anticipated. Your presence on our special day is what truly matters, and we want you to enjoy every moment regardless of the weather. Thank you for your understanding and flexibility.

Question

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Answer

We have asked for any dietary restrictions as part of our RSVP questionnaire. We will be able to accommodate restrictions directly with our venue and caterer.

Question
