The best way would be through the "RSVP" section of our wedding website! If this is unachievable for some reason, please email us at mngrumsey@gmail.com with your RSVP. We ask that all RSVPs be completed by May 29th so that we can inform vendors.
Please arrive to the ceremony no later than 30 minutes before it is scheduled to start. The time listed on the schedule is the time everyone will need to be seated. Anyone not here by the time the ceremony starts will not be allowed in unfortunately so we recommend getting there with ample time!
Cocktail garden party attire! Our wedding will be filled with florals and pastel colors, so we encourage those as well! Think light colors, spring attire, but still keeping it a little formal. Please avoid wearing jeans if possible. Dresses should be knee length, or longer. Absolutely NO WHITE on anyone. If you want more specific visuals, please reach out and we would be happy to assist!
Yes! There will be ample parking at both the church and the pavilion. After the ceremony, you can choose to move your vehicle or leave it at the church. The reception is a short 7-minute walk or 2-minute drive from the ceremony. Vendor liaisons will be available to guide the day of parking.
It's unknown at this time. Be prepared for anything because it's Washington so we can never truly know. Please bring an umbrella for yourself if you wish, we will not be providing rain gear of any kind.
No, we have decided we prefer to give people the liberty to pick their own place to stay in the area. We have listed some nearby places under the "travel" section of the website if you would like to choose one of those. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the area or places nearby, since Gabe grew up close by, he's very knowledgeable.
For our timeline, see the "schedule" section of the website.
The ceremony will be held inside St. Paul's Church. Our reception will be held at the Hood Canal Vista Pavillion, which will be mostly outside with bathrooms and some tables located indoors. We will utilize the tents and celebrate outside as long as the weather permits.
Absolutely! However, since we live in a different state than our wedding, we would prefer you to ship any gifts you give us if possible, to help minimize travel and shipping costs. Our home address should be automatically linked to both of our registries. If there are any issues, feel free to reach out for our address or check the envelope from your Save The Date.
Due to limited venue space, only the people listed on the invite will be allowed at the wedding. Some children have been invited, see your invitation if you are unsure. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you'll still celebrate with us.
You can email us at mngrumsey@gmail.com or call/text either of us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. On the day of, please contact the wedding party or vendor liaisons with questions.
Unfortunately, there are no ADA bathrooms at St. Paul's Church where the ceremony will be held. The reception has ADA bathrooms for guests to use and is just a short drive.
We ask that you refer the day of questions to the wedding party, venue liaisons, or immediate family on the day of. The groom and bride have a packed wedding day and want to focus on treasuring every moment of this momentous day!
We have decided to go with a food truck as our caterer for the wedding! There will be options on the reception day for you to choose from! If there are any dietary restrictions or menu/caterer questions please contact us.
The after party is going to be the last couple hours of the reception! This part of the night will not be a family friendly event. It is the part if the night where we turn the dance floor into a club scene and invite all of our party people to really let loose. We do not recommend staying if you will not be participating in the party or if you're wanting more of the wholesome family-friendly wedding we will be providing the rest of the day :)
