We're getting married!

A truly classic love story...we met on a dating app! In 2019 Gabe was living in Champaign while working for AgReliant Genetics. Megan was in her fourth year of veterinary school at the University of Illinois. We both joined the dating app craze with relatively low expectations. However, we matched on Tinder on February 7, 2019 and went on our first date on March 1, 2019 at the Expresso Royale in Champaign. The rest is history!

Gabe surprised Megan by proposing to her at her family's cabin near Mt. Sterling. They were at the cabin deer hunting, and Sandy and Abby lured Megan away from the cabin to go shopping in town. When they got back, Gabe wanted to check out a deer stand with Megan. Gabe set up a romantic picnic lunch along a pond dam! Megan of course said yes!
