When is the last day RSVP’s will be accepted?

Answer

November 15th, 2021 is the cut off for submitting RSVP’s. If you’d like to come celebrate, please let us know you’ll be there!

What should I do if I can’t make it to the wedding?

Answer

You can either respond that you won’t attend in the RSVP section of the website, or call Megan at (928) 458-6157

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

It will be formal attire, so dress your best! (Because the wedding will be in winter, the bride and groom urge you to wear/bring clothes to keep warm when walking between the ceremony and reception)

Will it be an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors.

The theme is starry night!

Are kids welcome?

Yes! There will be activity books, play-doh and board games for the kids to have fun with at the reception!

Will there be a seating chart at the reception?

Answer

No! You can sit wherever and with whomever you want!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking on the upper and lower level parking lots of the two buildings. There is also handicap parking near the ceremony and reception.

What is happening after the ceremony?

Answer

Directly after the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking photos for about an hour, in that time you can make your way next door to the God’s World building to enjoy snacks and drinks before dinner. There will be board games for adults and kids to play and you can fill out the guest book and ‘best wishes’ papers for the bride and groom’s time capsule!
