Seaside
This is our favorite town where Erick proposed on the beach! There are various shops and restaurants right in the heart of town including Bud and Alley's, The Shrimp Shack, Pickles, The Meltdown 30A, The Seaside Style, and Ophelia.
Bud & Alley's Waterfront Restaurant & Bar
Always been one of our favorites in the heart of Seaside. It overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is the perfect location to watch a sunset at dusk on the Rooftop Bar. They also offer a pizza and taco bar to satisfy the entire family!
The Red Bar
Set in an old general store, this open - late hangout offers Southern - tinged fare and live music. This one of our favorite restaurants in town!
Pescado Seafood Grill & Rooftop Bar
Eclectic cuisine, punchy cocktails and an amazing rooftop view! There is also the Courtyard at Pescado, which is located on the ground floor. The Courtyard (18 and older) is open Thursday-Saturday in the evenings. They offer small bites, handcrafted cocktails and live music in a luscious garden courtyard.
Beach and Brew on 30A
This is a great place to try a variety of craft beers in the heart of Rosemary Beach.
Havana Beach Bar & Grill
Stylish spot in The Pearl Hotel with a mahogany bar & veranda for locally sourced New American fare.
The Daughters Kitchen
A cute cafe located right across from The Pearl Hotel. They offer breakfast, lunch, coffee, donuts and ice cream.

Chiringo is located in the heart of Grayton Beach, across from The Red Bar. The Chiringo team draws their menu inspiration from beaches across the world. Definitely worth checking out their fun menu!

We have ended up at Great Southern many times during our trips to Seaside and it never disappoints! Great Southern offers southern specialties with a twist.
Seaside's Airstream Row
Located in the heart of downtown Seaside, a row of rotating vintage airstreams and gourmet food trucks are lined up along 30A serving a variety of foods such as grilled cheese, donuts, BBQ, and snow cones!
Shades Bar & Grill
If you're looking for relaxed sports bar, Shades is a great option! They have famous wings, burgers and classic spirits. They also offer patio games, including corn hole.
The Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House
A great casual dining spot in Seagrove Beach for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!
Stinky's Fish Camp
Stinky's is 30A's most popular seafood & wine bar. Note: they do not offer call ahead seating.
Sugar Shack
Located in Rosemary Beach on the east end of Highway 30A is a candy store that brings families and sweet views together. In other words, it’s a great place to finish if you still have room for dessert!
Shrimp Shack
Within steps of the sand, this is the perfect place to grab a basket of shrimp and a daiquiri to enjoy on the beach.

Yellowfin Ocean Sports
Yellowfin Ocean Sports is perfect for kayak or paddle board rentals. Western Lake is a great location for paddle boarding.
Timpoochee Hiking Trail
This 19 mile paved path runs the entire length of Scenic Highway 30A and passes through all of the small beach towns along the way.
Topsail Hill Preserve State Park
In this state park you can explore rare dune lakes.
Point Washington State Forest
The 15,400-acre Point Washington State Forest is criss-crossed with sandy trails which has a system of three-mile, five-mile and ten-mile trail loops which are open to the public for exploring. Stop in the Forest Service office at 5865 E. U.S. Hwy. 98 in Santa Rosa Beach for suggested trails.

Seaside, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach all have distinct architecture and design styles, some are leaders in their country in their respective fields. Read up on some of the history and then take a tour on foot or bike to check it out.

Destin
Destin is a 30-minute drive from Rosemary Beach. We spent last Christmas in Destin and truly had a blast! There are a few breweries in the area, a lot of shopping, and frisbee golf courses.
